JobDataPool dataset license and attribution

Effective July 28, 2026, the JobDataPool database is available under the Open Data Commons Attribution License 1.0 (ODC-By 1.0).

What you may do

Subject to ODC-By 1.0, you may copy, use, analyze, adapt, combine, and redistribute the JobDataPool database, including for commercial purposes. The license covers the database compilation, selection, arrangement, schema, and normalization work owned or controlled by Job Pool.

Required attribution

For public use, adaptation, or redistribution, provide attribution substantially as follows:

Contains information from JobDataPool (https://jobdatapool.com/datasets/), made available under the Open Data Commons Attribution License 1.0.

Keep the database license notice intact. To support attribution and auditability, please preserve available source and provenance fields when feasible.

Third-party content is not relicensed

ODC-By 1.0 applies only to database rights and other rights that Job Pool owns or controls. It does not grant rights in individual third-party contents independently of the database.

Individual job listings, job-description text, company and publisher names, trademarks, logos, source URLs, and other third-party material may remain subject to the rights and terms of their originating publishers. JobDataPool grants no permission for third-party content beyond permission Job Pool is authorized to provide or permission otherwise available under applicable law.

No endorsement or warranty

Attribution does not imply that Job Pool or a source publisher endorses a downstream product or use. The database is provided as-is and without warranties. ODC-By 1.0 is the controlling license for the database; this page explains its application to JobDataPool but does not replace the license text.
